Can we use controls from DlhSoft component libraries within our own component library projects?
Our components, such as Hierarchical Data Library, Gantt Chart Library, or Project Management Library, can be used (as clearly mentioned within the EULA documents) ONLY for developing applications (that have executable targets).
Moreover, you can ONLY host Web sites and applications that use ASP .NET components from DlhSoft (or redistribute them for hosting purposes only).
You can, however, use DlhSoft controls in a private component library project that you are using only to develop the final applications, but you are not permitted to develop custom component libraries that are to be distributed or redistributed to other parties with our components included (except if you purchase separate development licenses for each separate end customer, as if they would use our component libraries directly).
The limitations described above apply also to source code of our components (either modified or not), potentially received by you as a supplemental benefit for a specific license type that you have purchased for our product.
