Overview and manage your projects with a simple, yet intuitive and powerful application

Project Manager is a simple project management application that allows you to define and manage your projects by organizing and scheduling work as a task hierarchy, assigning available resources to tasks, updating values whenever needed during the project duration, and exporting data to Microsoft Project® compatible XML files*.

The current product build is 4.2.2 (see also what's new).

We will develop and add new features requested by customers to future product builds for free if we consider that they enable high valued and common usage scenarios. Moreover, we can customize and integrate the application into a larger solution based on your specific requirements, as we also offer a full range of convenient software development services.

By purchasing a license for a specific product version you obtain the ability to upgrade for free to any future build of the same major product version. We also offer high discount rates to upgrade to any future major product versions, or to migrate to a related product, whenever logically applicable.

Regardless of legal guarantee limitations specified within the End User License Agreement (EULA) documents of our products, we aim to provide free and unlimited support services to all customers, including answering technical questions and resolving reported issues by providing updated builds and specific hot fixes, at the maximum possible responsiveness level, even while using the trial version of our software.

Using Project Manager software you can:

• Define and manage the work breakdown structure of a project in a tree-grid and an associated Gantt Chart that supports drag and drop operations to enable in place task scheduling; data can also be printed and/or exported as Microsoft Project® compatible XML files:

  

• Optionally, assign resources to tasks using a separated interface, although simple assignments can also be created for tasks using a specific drop down list available within the work breakdown structure grid presented above:

  

• View and update resources and their usage in a comprehensive Schedule Chart that supports vertical drag and drop operations to enable in place task assignment updates:

  

• View resource availability and allocation information in a simple Load Chart; a specific algorithm for leveling resource assignments by rescheduling project tasks accordingly is also available:

  

• Generate and print PERT Chart and/or network diagram sheets, automatically highlighting the project critical path items for further reference, whenever needed;
• Set project baselines and compare them to the actual task values in a visual manner.

You can download, install, and test the software package for free, for as long as needed. If you find the software useful and you would like to use it in production, you need to purchase and install the product license on your computer(s). Don't hesitate to request support whenever needed.

The product requires Microsoft® Windows® 7, Vista®, XP, Server® 2008, 2003, or a more recent compatible version and Microsoft® .NET Framework 4 or a more recent compatible version.
