Answering support requests
We usually answer all received support requests (such as asked questions or reported issues) in at most 2 working days.
Anyway, if you sent us questions or issues within an e-mail message delivered to our e-mail address, and haven't yet answered after that period,
it's possible that one of the following situations has occurred:
- The message has been filtered to our Junk Mail folder and we have missed it; please re-send the original message in two copies: one that has any links or attachements excluded (situation being explained in a short note), and one copy of the original message;
- We did answer your message but the e-mail address that you have entered in the Contact Information section of the submitted request form was incorrect, or your e-mail server has either filtered our reply message to your Junk Mail folder or rejected it; make sure you re-send the original message from a working e-mail address; if your server rejects e-mail from DlhSoft.com you may also try to re-send the message from a public provider (such as Hotmail.com®) instead.
