Using a DlhSoft component library that you have purchased a license for, you’ll be able to develop as many applications as you wish, and distribute them royalty-free to your customers and other parties, to be run on any number of destination computers, with the exception of Web applications using ASP .NET components which you can only host and redistribute for hosting purposes only.
DlhSoft component libraries are licensed per developer, and licenses are perpetual and may be installed on a specific number of development computers at your site (computed as the number of licensed developers multiplied by two: a single developer may use the product on two computers, e.g. on a workstation and on a notebook, or on his or her own computer and on a separate test server). You are required to install the license file you will receive only on your development computer(s), ensuring that the number of developers that actually use our components to build application features, and the number of development computers you install the license on, isn't higher than established by the license type limit.
Note that all our products have full featured trial versions that never expire so that you may thoroughly test them for as long as you need, and ensure that they perfectly fit for your needs, before actually purchasing the required development licenses. Upon request, we can also generate temporary product usage licenses in order for you to be able to develop and/or run solution demos without trial warning message popups.

When you have purchased a license for using a specific major version of a product (such as version 4), you are entitled to download and use the components that were originally included in the build you have purchased the license for, if they are still available within any new or prior minor build of the same version (versions such as 4.1, 4.2, or builds 4.2.1, 4.2.2, etc.)
All our licenses include guaranteed free support for 90 days, and moreover, we usually offer unlimited free support to all customers, at all times: during the trial period, during the guaranteed support period, and also after that.
When applicable, you can use the source code obtained as a supplemental license type benefit, either modified or not, to build and use your own versions of our components in your applications, provided that you obfuscate our code whenever you redistribute it within any assembly that would be included within your products.
