Dragging and dropping task assignment bars among resource rows in Gantt Chart Library and Project Management Library for WPF

To drag and drop task assignment bars among resource rows in Schedule Chart controls from Gantt Chart Library for WPF or Project Management Library for WPF at runtime, you need to:

• Hover the assignment task bar you want to move; a dotted line will be displayed at the bottom of the task bar;
• Move the task bar to a different resource row (i.e. vertically) by clicking and dragging the dotted line.
