License renewals

Since January 2013, DlhSoft updates the product build upgrade policy as indicated below:

• Currently, when DlhSoft customers need to use the most recent product builds after purchasing a product license, they can simply download and install the newest package from our Web site and are able to apply the original license file to the software even when it has been purchased a very long time ago.
• Since January 2013, the free product build upgrades will be available for 1 year after the purchase time, and a license renewal purchase would be required afterwards in order to be able to use the most recent downloadable build, as the product would have probably evolved much since the original purchase time.
• The license renewals would be optional, being required only if you need to use the most recent product builds – the original license would continue to work well for indefinite time with previous product builds.
• Renewals would be available at a highly reduced special prices.
• Previous customers will need to renew their licenses since 2014 if they would like to use product builds released after that date, as if they would have purchased their original license on December 31, 2012; renewal is not necessary if they only need to use the product builds released in 2013 or in the past, as their original license file would continue to work with those builds for indefinite time .
• Note: the rights covered by product EULA documents are not affected, as they do not include product upgrade availability for any specific period of time, while the legal guarantee period is limited to 90 days, whatsoever.
