The BarVerticalAlignment value indicates the bar vertical alignment (position of the bar in the item row space after applying the bar vertical margin) of an entity item in the ChartViewBase control. Overriding the default value for a specific item requires that the IsItemAppearanceApplied property of the control to be set to true.
