Gets the value of the AvailabilityBarFill attached property for a specified element such as a resource item, overriding the default value provided by the LoadChartView control. The AvailabilityBarFill property value indicates a Brush that specifies how a resource availability bar is painted in the LoadChartView control. Overriding the default value for a specific item requires that the IsItemAppearanceApplied property of the control to be set to true.
