Gets the value of the ExcessAllocationBarFill attached property for a specified element such as a resource item, overriding the default value provided by the LoadChartView control. The ExcessAllocationBarFill property value indicates a Brush that specifies how the excess allocation (higher than 100%) zones of a resource allocation bar are painted in the LoadChartView control. Overriding the default value for a specific item requires that the IsItemAppearanceApplied property of the control to be set to true.
