The OverAllocationIndicatorFill property value indicates a Brush that specifies how the over allocation (higher than 100%) indicator zones of a resource allocation bar are painted in the LoadChartView control. Overriding the default value for a specific item requires that the IsItemAppearanceApplied property of the control to be set to true.
