Gets or sets the cost of this GanttChartViewItem. Task cost can be computed automatically based on duration and assignments. The cost of a parent task will be based on the cost values of its children. However a specific task cost can be set and will be used instead if it is higher than the automatically computed cost. This is a dependency property.
